Be So Cookie-Cutter

Wednesday, February 23rd, 2005

You must have also noticed that I have done something horrible to this weblog.

I started an update in January that couldn’t be completed without my misadventures in .htaccess this weekend. Right now any link that promises “Previous Entries” does not function. Any other link should work, though, so tell me if it doesn’t.

I also have a redesign in the works, so this weblog will not be so cookie-cutter for long.

PS: This thing seems to come with comments; that sounds like a bad idea. But if you’re inclined, start typing and see what happens.

The Full Picture

Did anyone tell you that The Bill Show is having its second Sacramento area production starting tomorrow?

I know I didn’t.

According to our page on the Playscripts website, The Bill Show will be performed at Highlands High School in North Highlands, CA this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, February 24–26.

Highlands High School has a webpage, but there’s no information about the play that we can find.

And we want to find it. For our unpublished work, Dean and I require details—we want to know what’s going on. There’s no such requirement for The Bill Show, though any information is appreciated.

So if you know anything about our plays, drop us a line. We love to see the full picture.

Bill Bennett Plays Oddsmaker

Isn’t something wrong in this description for a Fox News Show?

Bill Bennett plays oddsmaker

It can’t possibly be polite to ask a recovering gambling addict to “play oddsmaker.” Is this insensitive indifference, ignorance, or amnesia on the part of the blurb writers?

All I wanted from Fox News was a decent picture of Bill O’Reilly. This one was as close as I could get.
