Did I ever mention that I do Google searches on my fellow Playscripts.com authors? I mean, obsessively? While I stalk these people mainly to see if and how these authors represent themselves on the web, I am also interested in knowing something about them beyond their bio. I mean, while Playscripts.com may be a bold new publishing venture that includes some world-class playwrights, it also includes some not-so-world-class playwrights. Guess which category I belong in?
So I want to see what successes these playwrights have had. I want to know what led them to Playscripts.com. I want to know what they want out of the site, and what they want out of their work. I want to know them.
And I also want to keep tabs of them to add some fuel to my self-pity. “Oh, Lisa D’Amour is a world-class playwright, and I suck!”
